You can return a piece within thirty days of delivery.

Conditions

• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with the tags still on.
• Returned within thirty days of the delivery date.

Blouse-size exchanges

If the blouse size is wrong, tell us and we ship the replacement size before your return arrives.

How to return

1. Email sparksandstyleework@gmail.com with your order number and the piece you are returning.
2. We send you a prepaid return label. Return shipping is on us.
3. Pack the piece with its tags and hand it to the carrier.

Refunds

We refund your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return.

Final sale

Made-to-request and group-order pieces are made for the order and are final sale, unless they arrive faulty or are not what you ordered.
