These terms apply to every order placed on this site. The seller is Sparks & Stylee LLC, based in California, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and we refund you in full if we do.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, from California. Shipping is a flat rate that depends on your state and is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over $150 ship free.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Returns & exchanges policy.

About the pieces

Many pieces are woven, dyed or embroidered by hand, so small variations in colour, weave and handwork are normal and are not faults. Colours can also look slightly different on screen.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
