Sparks & Stylee LLC runs this store. This page explains what personal information we collect when you browse or order, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact and delivery details you give us at checkout: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
- Order details: what you bought, when, and any notes you add.
- Account details if you create an account, including your saved wishlist.
- Messages you send us, including made-to-request enquiries and newsletter sign-ups.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address and device type.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are not stored on this site.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To send order emails, and news of new pieces and group orders if you have signed up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations and to prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store: our payment processor, the carriers that deliver your order, and our website hosting provider. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses the cookies it needs to work. They keep your bag, your wishlist and your login in place as you move between pages.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account and other information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have specific privacy rights of this kind, and we honour the same requests from every customer.
